I spent years watching bright, loving children struggle with things no one had taught them: how to sit with a hard feeling, how to pull their attention back, how to say “I can” when their inner voice says “I can’t”. Grades were being measured; happiness wasn’t.
So I built a practice around the skills that make everything else easier. Mindfulness and breathing for focus. Emotional-intelligence games for big feelings. Yoga and food habits for energy. Vision boards for dreams. Simple routines for independence.
Today I run these workshops for children aged 5 to 14 in Dubai, where I’m based, in London and New York, and live online for families around the world. Parents are always part of the journey.
